Shipping and Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses in the state of Massachusetts will be subject to a 5% sales tax. If your order is shipped to any other state, no sales tax will be added to your order.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, you can simply place item(s) in your shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and press continue. Your shipping charges can be calculated before you enter any billing information. We ship by UPS whenever possible to get your order to you fast.

2-Day Shipping is also available and begins at $14.00

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Shipping takes 3-7 days once your order is shipped. Please review the chart below to determine your estimated arrival time.

2-Day Shipping and Next-Day Shipping Please note: this does NOT necessarily mean your order will arrive on the next day. If you select 2-Day or 1-Day day shipping, we will expedite production on your order, and we will ship by 2-Day or 1-Day once the order is complete. We bend over backwards to ensure your order will arrive quickly, and if there is any problem that might delay shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

Orders going to APO and FPO addresses and US territories are shipped by Priority Mail. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for these shipments.

International shipping is available to most countries. Time in transit can vary from 3 days up to 3 weeks. Rush shipping is not available, and we cannot guarantee your delivery date. We ship international order via US Postal Service, which is a more economical choice the UPS. Tracking is not available. We cannot be responsible for shipments once they leave the United States. You will be responsible for any customs / duties / taxes that may be levied upon delivery.

Your package must be shipped prepaid and insured for your own protection. We strongly recommend using UPS, for fastest processing of your return. Our shipping department will be glad to assist you in arranging a UPS pickup, at your expense. Please contact us for details.

Your return must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns received after 30 days, in damaged or used condition, or without proper documentation will be issued a store credit instead of a refund, at our discretion.
